Healthline is the Family Planning NSW phone and e-mail information and advisory service. Our experienced team of nurses is available to answer your reproductive and sexual health questions from A to Z.

Healthline welcomes calls from all people from different cultural backgrounds, religions, ages and sexual orientation.

Healthline staff provide callers with the information across a wide range of sexual and reproductive health issues. Options, advice and information are offered to callers over the phone in a friendly, empathic and supportive manner.

Your call to Healthline is completely confidential. Any details requested are collected for general tracking purposes and no person calling Healthline can ever be identified from information collected.

The Healthline service is also a useful resource for health professionals requiring the latest sexual and reproductive health information. Health professionals can also refer people to Healthline.
