Healthline is the Family Planning NSW phone and e-mail information and advisory service. Our experienced team of nurses is available to answer your reproductive and sexual health questions from A to Z.

The Healthline phone service is open Mon-Fri, 9am-5.00pm EST. Calls to the Healthline number 1300 658 886 are charged at the cost of a local call within NSW. (Call costs may be higher from mobiles.)

The information provided by Healthline should not be considered specific medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a second opinion. This is a confidential service, however, by law if you are under 16 years old we are required to notify the relevant authorities if we believe you are at risk of harming yourself, at risk of harming someone else, or if you are at risk of harm or neglect including but not limited to sexual assault.

We are based in NSW, Australia and are only able to answer questions from people living in Australia.

All questions are answered by nurses who specialise in reproductive and sexual health.
