Is it OK to start using the pill after a miscarriage? Do I have to wait until I get my period to go on it?

Answer

You can start the pill whenever you wish - either immediately after a complete miscarriage, curette or termination or with the start of your next period. This depends on your need for contraception and whether or not you would prefer to wait until you have had a period.
