Question

My wife and I are trying to fall pregnant; we heard that some lubricants affect sperm. Which lubricant is the best to use if you are trying to fall pregnant?

Answer

At the time you're most fertile, which is 14 days before your next period starts, you have natural lubrication with fertile mucus, so when you're most likely to conceive there is usually no need for lubricant.

Research indicates that egg white is the only lubricant that does not affect sperm.
