Question

Is there a natural way to increase the size of breasts?

Answer

Although many products claim to enlarge breast size, they don't work. The truth is the only way to increase breast size is by cosmetic surgery.

Some women will notice that putting on a few kilos makes all the difference to their breast size. Others find that the contraceptive 'Pill' will give them a cleavage that they haven't seen before. Other women notice an improvement in shape with regular exercises for the chest wall. These muscles support the breast tissue.

Push up bras also create the illusion of bigger breasts.

As women, we are all different and accepting these differences can be the biggest challenge of all. Interestingly enough though, research tells us that many men don't have a preference either way on the size of their partner's breasts.

If you're unhappy about the size or development of your breasts, talk to your doctor who can probably reassure you that your breasts are growing normally.
