FAQs

Question

I have a latex allergy. Can I still use a condom?

Answer

There are now male condoms made from plastic (polyurethane) instead of rubber. They are stronger and thinner than rubber condoms but are also more expensive. The plastic is more effective at transmitting body heat, so some people enjoy more sensation during sex than with a rubber condom. You can buy plastic condoms at many pharmacies or try searching for 'non-latex condoms' on-line.
