Question

Where can I get condoms? How much do they cost and how useful are they?

Answer

The male condom is a very popular method of contraception as it is cheap (usually less than $1 each), effective and easy to buy at pharmacies, supermarkets and from vending machines in various public places.

It is a fine rubber sheath, which is worn on an erect (stiff) penis. It prevents pregnancy by collecting semen, the fluid that contains sperm. Condoms are very effective at preventing pregnancy as well as acting as a barrier to sexually transmissible infections if used correctly.
