Can alcohol or ecstasy make any difference to the contraceptive effect of the Pill?

Answer

Neither of these drugs interacts with the pill to make it less effective. Of course if you drink too much and vomit within two hours of taking the pill it may not work for you. And we don't need to remind you (but we will anyway!) that any mood changing drugs may affect your ability to keep yourself safe.
