Family Planning NSW Multicultural Services (Fairfield) provides a range of sexual and reproductive health services for men and women of all ages. We especially cater for women from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Our team of female doctors, nurses, and health promotion officers can provide you with information and consultation on all women's health issues.

The services offered by Family Planning NSW are friendly and confidential. Our staff speak different languages and interpreters can be arranged when necessary.

We also provide education services and information sessions for groups. These information sessions are generally available in the language of your group.

We provide friendly, confidential information and consultations on:

• All forms of contraception for men and women
• Checks and treatment for Sexually Transmitted Infections
• HIV/AIDS tests
• Pap tests and breast awareness
• Pregnancy tests
• Help with menstrual problems
• Menopause
• Post natal checks
• Advice and information for infertility, pregnancy and sexuality
• Written information on reproductive and sexual health (some languages other than English)
• Referral to other health care service providers

Health promotion

Our health promotion officers provide community education and training on a wide range of topics including:

• Contraception for men and women
• Sexuality
• Relationship issues
• Assertiveness and communication
• Women's health
• Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs)
• HIV/AIDS
• Adolescent sexuality
• Sexuality and disability.
