Healthrites is the mailorder arm of Family Planning NSW. Healthrites specialises in sexual and reproductive health books and resources. We distribute a wide variety of books, leaflets, teaching resources, contraceptive kits and videos produced by Family Planning NSW and other publishers.
We have books on the following topics:

Guarantee and Returns Policy

Healthrites offers you the very latest in sexual and reproductive health books and resources. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, so we can help arrange the return of your unwanted goods. Any products, which are agreed for return, must be in a saleable condition in order to receive a refund. Returns are not accepted on videos, CDs, DVDs, Contraceptive kits, pamphlets and certain imported titles. We will provide you with a Returns Notice and mailing instructions once approval of your return is agreed with us.

Delivery

Books and resources ordered will be delivered by Australia Post within 21 days. Any books or resources that are out of stock will be placed on back order. Please let us know if you do not want your goods back ordered when you place your order.

Security

Any personal details you provide on the order form are confidential and will only be used by our organisation to mail you Healthrites literature. We may use your email address to send Healthrites literature for your convenience.

Payment

Payment is by credit card, electronic funds transfer, cheque or invoice if you are an organisation. Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice. Interest may be charged on amounts exceeding 60 days.
