Contraceptive Vaginal Ring

Summary Are you tired of taking a contraceptive pill every day? If so, this may be just the trial for you! We are evaluating the acceptability of a contraceptive vaginal ring amongst Australian women. No more daily pill taking! Each contraceptive ring remains in the vagina for 21 days before it needs to be removed and a new one inserted.
 

Who can participate

Women who are between 18 and 40 years of age, at risk of pregnancy and menstruating regularly.
FULLY RECRUITED

What to expect

You will recieve free contraception for 6 months. You will be required to visit a participating General Practitioner on 3 occasions, as well as complete questionaires about your periods, after each cycle and at each visit.
