    Dr Christine Read MBBS(Syd)ThA FAChSHM
    Dr Christine Read is a sexual health physician and Medical Director at Family Planning NSW. Christine has a special interest in the delivery of reproductive and sexual health care services to rural, indigenous and older women. She also holds positions in research and the menopause clinic at the Royal Hospital for Women in Randwick. Christine has also written books for lay audiences, including Depression, Lifting the Cloud, When love hurts and Doctor I'm tired. Christine is happy to present to groups on such topics as:

    • Physiology of the Menopause
    • Fertility in the Older Woman
    • Menopause and Hormone Replacement Therapy
    • Providing reproductive and sexual health services to rural and Indigenous women
    • New contraceptive methods
    • Issues around abortion and unplanned pregnancy

    Dr Edith Weisberg MBBS(Syd) MM(Syd) FACSHP
    Dr Edith Weisberg is the Director of Research at Family Planning NSW. Edith is an acknowledged leader in the field of Women's Health and Contraception and is a member of the International Medical Advisory Panel of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF). Edith is happy to present to groups on such topics as;

    • Medical Research - What's new in Women's Health
    • Hormonal Contraception and new developments in Contraception
    • Cervical Screening and National guidelines for the management of cervical abnormalities
    • Menopause and Menopausal issues.
